Heather Taylor brings to Compass Intelligence her entrepreneurial spirit and extensive knowledge within the telecommunications market. Ms. Taylor, an experienced account executive, account strategist and telecommunications expert, oversees client relationships and sales. Ms. Taylor's background is an eclectic mix of telecommunications, voice, data and equipment sales.

On board since June 2005, her responsibilities include performing research and conducting briefings with clients to obtain trending, insights, and market intelligence; managing subscriptions; ensuring compliance and delivery to client intranets; and performing marketing management duties. Ms Taylor also represents the firm as our Analyst Commentator, speaking about exciting topics in the IT/Telecom industry. Ms Taylor is experienced in market research and research coordination and also has experience conducting qualitative research for various industries. Ms. Taylor brings to Compass Intelligence her substantial industry experience in many markets, as well as in client relationship management where she maintains a focus on building sustainable and equitable relationships for Compass Intelligence.

Prior to joining Compass Intelligence, Ms. Taylor worked as a senior account executive with TexLink Communications, a privately held, full service provider of voice and data communications services. Prior to joining TexLink, Ms. Taylor worked for AT2 Communications, a world wide distributor of complex Wide Area and Local Area networking equipment solutions.
