2) How are each of the vendors ranked?
Each Vendor has multiple features that are tracked. Each of these features are measured on the Usefulness (How easy the feature / page is to use), Execution (How well the feature / page is laid out) and Relevance (How relevant this is to a Small Business User). The scale of the rating is between 1 and 5, with 1 being poor and 5 being excellent. Scores of 0 reflect that the particular feature is not offered or not available on the vendor’s website.
3) What other materials are provided?
Including the scores and rankings, we also offer Screenshots, Buyflow Videos, Expert Analysis in the form of Articles and Video Content of additional data or research materials.
4) How can I view the screenshots and video?
Within the feature analysis menu, the media is split between each relevant feature tracked. By selecting Buy Flows you can view the available screenshots for wireless, bundles, fixed line and so on. Where videos are available, a small blue play button is present above the image. Click on this for a short flash video on the buyflow.
5) How often is the information updated?
Vendors within the SBOnline portal are tracked once per month for any changes within their site. Where changes have occurred, scores and comments will be re-evaluated and implemented on the SBOnline portal. Scores within the portal are real-time and can change throughout the month. At the start of each month, there will be a PowerPoint presentation made available which provides the top 10 companies ranked including strengths and weaknesses, along with any additional information where relevant, like best practices, top features from a lower scoring company or even some primary research from our analyst team.
6) Who can I contact if I have any problems within the portal or want to get access to this service?
You can contact the compass team at info@compassintelligence.com. Make sure to put in the subject header that the inquiry is regarding the SBOnline portal and then a brief description of what you would like to address. Alternatively you can contact our Portal Research Analyst, Sean Rowe at srowe@compassintelligence.com.
